Nikola Tesla once said: “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibrations.”

Solfeggio frequencies refer to specific tones that are reputed to have healing qualities that promote various aspects of body and mind health.

Ever since learning about the solfeggio frequencies I have been drawn to creating an album around them. Each tone is said to encourage a specific healing state.

In each track I’ve taken care to tune all of the instrumentation to the specific solfeggio tone, so that the tone and the music sit together in harmony.

As always with Points of Stillness, my intention is to create a space of potential where you can take what you need from the music, be it relaxation, reflection, or healing.

I hope this album resonates with you for your greatest good.
